Froiden Item Support Policy

✅ What’s Included in Froiden Support

Every Froiden product comes with a standard support period of 6 months from the purchase date.
During this period, our team is available to assist you with product-related queries and technical guidance.

You also have the option to extend support up to 12 months at the time of purchase.

Support Area Details
Usage Guidance Assistance with understanding how to use the product, including setup guidance and feature explanations.
Technical Support Help with product features, functionality, and resolving technical issues related to the core system.
Bug Fixes Reporting and fixing bugs or defects in the product. Fixes may be provided directly or via updates.
Third-Party Assets Guidance on bundled plugins or integrations and assistance in resolving related issues.
Updates & Compatibility Regular updates to maintain compatibility with latest platforms, security patches, and improvements.

Support Includes:

  • Answering product usage questions
  • Technical issue resolution
  • Bug identification and fixes
  • Guidance on integrations and features
  • Access to updates during support period

❌ What’s Not Included in Support

While we provide comprehensive support, certain services fall outside the standard support scope.

Exclusion Details
Customization Modifying or extending features beyond the original product scope is not included. Paid customization services are available.
Installation Product installation is not included in standard support. You can purchase installation services separately.
Hosting & Server Issues Issues related to hosting providers, server environments, or third-party software are not covered.
Third-Party Author Support Support from external plugin or tool authors is not included. We provide guidance, but not direct third-party support.

Support Does NOT Include:

  1. Custom feature development
  2. Full project setup or deployment
  3. Server configuration or DevOps work
  4. Fixes for issues caused by third-party modifications

Note: Response time may vary depending on request complexity and support volume.
For priority support, faster response, and advanced assistance, consider purchasing our AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
